A Pioneer continues to earn achievement badges, service stars, the religious award, and activity patches. The Pioneer level is where girls really begin to show leadership skills by assisting their leaders with planning, organizing, and staffing special AHG events in the community or within their Troop. 

Pioneers can earn the Harriet Tubman Level Award for completing one badge from each Frontier, serving the community, and participating in Troop life.
